1. Introduction

Welcome to Taca Teanga, Rás Rua, Bosca Buille or othe similiar learning apps (the “App”) provided by Verbiteic (“we”, “our”, or “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how data is collected, used, disclosed, and to protect your information when you use our mobile application available on Android, or Desktop and iOS platforms. By installing or using the learning apps aforementioned, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy , as the apps are being hosted and purchased via platforms i.e. Google Play, User Devices, Browsers and payment processors such as Stripe that are considered external and to some degree linked, it is not the direct intention of the apps to collect data unrelated to purchase and agreement of purchase, Upon purchase and app transfer we must collect Name , Email Address , Address etc.. to generate an invoice as is standard procedure. .

2. Information that is Collected , by provider and third party hosts

Several types of information that are collected to provide and improve our App:

Personal Information: Name and Email Address (collected when you create an account or contact us or make a purchase off the website).
Location Data: Location is not Collected directly by the app this may apply via use of device settings automatically (via GPS or IP) to enable app features and analytics.
Device Information: This is not initially prompted via the current apps Taca Teanga , Rás Rua B1 or Buille Bosca, however, through one’s device setting or browser these features maybe logged such as Device ID and advertising ID. The operating system and app version are features that are initially made known when purchased and downloaded, as operating system compatibility with the purchased app is key for functionality , the properties of the app version would be stated.
Payment Information: Processed securely through Stripe via the website and Google Play Store, when users make purchases or subscriptions. We do not store your card details , this is the responsibility of the Website host with a Payment Processor i.e. Stripe or Google PlayStore.
Automatically Collected Data: The data relating to Log data (e.g., IP address, device type, access time), app usage statistics, crash and diagnostic data are all collected by the user device initially , this data is not sought initially or automatically by Verbiteic.

3. Use of Information

We use data collected to:

Create and manage user accounts.
Process payments via Stripe or any other platform enabling purchase.
Provide and improve app functionality.
Send notifications, updates, or important account-related information.
Analyze app usage through Google/Firebase or similar tools.
Protect against fraud and misuse.

4. Third-Party Services

Our app has not been built to capture or log any information regarding advertising ID , Location Data or otherwise , however, being hosted and sold on platforms such as Google Play or any other that may initiate third-party SDKs and APIs, these external sources used for hosting the apps transit post purchase, may collect or process user data in accordance with their own privacy policies. Our website host does provide metrics, however in a general overview, core personal details such as Name, Address , Email Address are made known and stored when a purchase has been made. An example of third party platforms related to the apps hosting and purchase are named below;

5. Children’s Privacy (COPPA)

The learning apps by Verbiteic may be used by children under the age of 13 only with verifiable parental/Adult Guardian(i.e. Registered Teacher) consent. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without parental permission. Parents may review, delete, or withdraw consent for their child's information by contacting us at verbiteic1@gmail.com. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete it promptly and attempt to notify the Parent or Guardian.

We retain user data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law. When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized.
